From the seed of acceptance grows the flower of change. 

​One of the aims of yoga is to unite the body and mind. I strongly believe that in order to progress in any area of life, we need to observe curiously what exists in this moment. Where curiosity lives judgement cannot and when we remove judgement, that's when the nervous system enters a parasympathetic state or "rest and repair". This state is where healing begins. Whether it's toning the muscles, improving posture or enhancing the aesthetics of our face, we need to approach ourselves with kindness.
