What will be covered today?
Today we will pay special attention to the Forehead and Eyes while still having a Full Face Workout! A common tendency is to over work the muscles of the forehead at the expense of our eye muscles, causing tension and lines on the forehead and sagging skin and bags around the eyes. Today you will learn how to combat this issue, leading to brighter eyes and a smoother more lifted brow.
